Trade-in credit is designed as a direct investment toward your next instrument. As such, credit is applied exclusively toward a Higher-Tier Purchase; we do not offer liquidity or cash buyouts.
Provenance & Origin
The programme is specifically curated for instruments originally Acquired Through Lyra Strings. While our focus remains on our own collection, we occasionally assess third-party instruments of exceptional quality on a bespoke, case-by-case basis.
Standards of Care
We expect and account for the graceful, Normal Wear of a performance instrument. However, to preserve the integrity of the programme, significant accidental damage or evidence of neglect may result in a formal adjustment or voiding of the valuation.
Credit Exclusivity
Trade-in valuations are Non-Redeemable For Cash. They represent a dedicated credit intended solely for the acquisition of a qualifying instrument within our curated inventory.
Integrity of Transaction
To maintain a transparent ledger, credit is Issued To The Original Purchaser and must be applied to a single, unified upgrade transaction. Credit balances cannot be transferred, split, or deferred across multiple accounts.

While every effort is made to maintain consistency and transparency, programme benefits, pricing, policies, and terms may be revised or discontinued at the discretion of the store without prior notice. Participation in the programs constitutes acceptance of the current terms and conditions in effect at the time of rental.
